What file formats should I provide?
We recommend uploading raw WAV or AIFF files at 24-bit or 32-bit float, with a minimum sample rate of 44.1kHz for the best results.
What are stems?
Stems are grouped audio tracks from your session (for example: drums, bass, lead vocals, backing vocals, keys, FX). Instead of sending your whole DAW project, you export each group as its own stereo file so we can mix and process them cleanly.
How do I prepare stems in my DAW?
Every DAW is a little different, but the idea is the same: solo each group (drums, bass, vocals, etc.), export it from bar 1 to the end of the song, and make sure all stems start at the same time so they line up. We’ll provide a detailed step‑by‑step guide for the most common DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton, FL Studio, Studio One).
Should I remove processing?
We’re putting together a separate guide that walks you through exporting stems in the major DAWs. Once it’s ready, you’ll see a link here that says “Click here for stem instructions” so you can follow along and then upload your files on our Upload section.
To upload your files, go to the Audio Services page, complete Step 1: Upload Your Session Files, then Step 2: Choose the service you want.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SERVICE?
We offer specialized mixing and mastering tiers based on your project complexity. For multi-track productions, choose Mixing + Mastering; for single stereo files, choose Stereo Mastering.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CHECKOUT?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a secure upload link via email. Once your files are received, a dedicated engineer will be assigned to your project within 24 hours.
HOW LONG DO PROJECTS TAKE?
Standard turnaround for mastering is 3-5 business days. Full mixing projects typically take 7-10 days depending on the track count and current studio queue.
CAN I BOOK A SPECIFIC ENGINEER?
Yes. You can request a specific engineer during the checkout process. Note that availability may vary and could affect the projected turnaround time of your project.
